Immerse yourself in the tranquility of Sasihitlu beach, at Mulki, a picturesque coastal town in South India. Our retreat offers the perfect blend of exhilarating surf sessions, rejuvenating yoga practices, and enriching wellness workshops. Whether you’re a seasoned surfer or a yoga novice, our experienced instructors will guide you every step of the way.
The retreat doesn’t require any experience of Yoga, Surfing or AcroYoga. All you need is the will to explore and have fun.

How do I Get There?
Fly in: The retreat is conveniently located just 20 minutes from Mangalore International Airport.
Bus Option: Reach Mangalore City Bus Stop (18 km away) by taking a bus from Bangalore or other major cities. From there, connect via local bus or auto-rickshaw to Mulki.
Private Transfer: Let us arrange a comfortable cab transfer upon request (additional charge may apply).
Is transportation available?
Transportation is not provided for the retreat. However, if you’d like to carpool, reach out to us, and we’ll try to connect you with others heading to the retreat.
How many meals are included, and what type of food will be served?
Your retreat package includes 6 delicious and nourishing meals – lunch, dinner, and high tea on Friday, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and high tea on Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday. All meals are vegetarian, organic, and sattvic, designed to fuel your body and mind.
What should I bring to the retreat?
Pack your essentials for a comfortable stay, including clothes for three days, your swimwear for surfing, toiletries, and a positive mindset ready to embrace the adventure!
Are there any group discounts available?
Yes! Bring a friend along and you’ll both get ₹1000 off. This discount applies to both the regular and early bird pricing. Plus, don’t miss the early bird discount of ₹6000, valid until 20th December, 2024. Yogakalpa students also enjoy an additional ₹1000 discount.
